CAREER ACHIEVEMENTS
- Obtained a multi-million dollar settlement for a family in a Texas railroad negligence case.
- Assisted in the 2005 Orlando trial of boy band guru Lou Pearlman resulting in a $15 million against Pearlman and a number of his companies.
- Litigated injury and employment discrimination cases in each of Florida's federal district courts.
- Participated in multi-district litigation and class actions involving faulty products proven to have injured consumers.
- Represented the Florida Department of Corrections, Department of Children and Families, Department of Elder Affairs and other government entities in complex employment litigation throughout Florida.
- Served 20 years as a staff writer and editor for the Florida Bar Journal, including 11 years as editor-in-chief.
- Twice recognized by the Supreme Court of Florida for his advocacy on behalf of children as a volunteer attorney for the Second Circuit Guardian Ad Litem Program.
- Clerked for former Florida Supreme Court Chief Justice Raymond Ehrlich and Second Circuit Chief Judge George S. Reynolds III during law school.
