Thomas K. Equels was the only attorney to win two top honors in separate categories in the Daily Business Review′s 2008 “Most Effective Lawyers” awards. Tom won in the Complex Business Litigation Category for the Bear Stearns case and the Appellate Category for the Florida Hospital Waterman case.
